It is obligatory for our employees to protect confidential information such as trade secrets, confidential information, project details, and use them only in line with their duties and in accordance with the purposes of the company they work for. Employees should only share this information within their authority and with relevant persons.<br \/>\nIf employees leave the company for any reason, they should never use all kinds of information and documents they have due to their duties and positions against the company or KBS, for their own interests or to provide an advantage to third parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justice<\/strong><br \/>\nWe keep an equal distance from our customers, employees, suppliers and subcontractors, and offer equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of religion, language, race, gender and all other ethnic factors.<br \/>\nKBS employees should be impartial and avoid relationships or activities that could potentially hinder fair decisions. KBS also attaches importance to establishing a sense of justice and trust among its employees. All promotion, reassignment and recruitment decisions are based solely on the requirements of the job; It is given considering the person's ability, experience, behavior, job performance and potential.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobbing and Harassment<\/strong><br \/>\nViolation of immunity by means of physical, sexual and\/or emotional harassment will not be tolerated by our employees or our stakeholders, with whom we have a business relationship, at the workplace or at any place where they are due to work. Possible negative attitudes and behaviors towards people who report such violations or assist during the investigation are considered as violations of our ethical rules.<br \/>\nSystematic and planned behaviors that aim to alienate the targeted person from work, decrease his performance, and cause him to resign, in a way that will be evaluated within the scope of psychological harassment (mobbing), will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conflict of Interest<\/strong><br \/>\nConflict of interest refers to the situation of obtaining any material or non-material benefit provided to themselves, their relatives, friends, customers, individuals or organizations that affect or may affect the impartial performance of their duties by KBS employees. KBS employees should avoid actions that will result in a conflict of interest and should take care to protect the interests of the company they work for and KBS during their duties. Employees should never enter into a business relationship that provides mutual or unrequited benefits with their family members, friends or other persons in contact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accepting and Giving Gifts<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile conducting relations with private or official persons and organizations that have, want to establish or maintain a business relationship with KBS, for their own benefit, gifts, gains, aid, entertainment, special discounts, commissions or discounts that may affect their impartiality, decisions and behaviors. They should not accept such offers.<br \/>\nAny gift, etc., that may create the perception of being in a different relationship with the company, other than souvenirs or promotional products suitable for commercial traditions, customs and traditions. products are unacceptable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Not Doing Business in Favor of Herself and Her Relatives<\/strong><br \/>\nIn our company, it is essential that the employees who have a relationship with spouse and third degree relatives (including in-laws) are not in the same organization with each other in reporting or taking part in decision-making mechanisms together.<br \/>\nManagers and human resources recruiters, who are in the position of making decisions in the recruitment processes, have to take measures to eliminate the conflict of interest in case they have a relationship with a candidate who has applied for a job, including spouse and third degree relatives. This can be achieved by involving alternative human resources officers who do not have a conflict of interest situation.<br \/>\nOur employees should not have financial interests in any organization that has a rival, supplier or customer relationship with group companies or is trying to do business with them, their spouses and third degree relatives.<br \/>\nEmployees who left the job can do business with KBS<br \/>\nIn order for the employees leaving KBS to do business with our company as a seller, contractor, consultancy, brokerage, representative, dealership or similar;<br \/>\n\u2022 Not having a disciplinary record in the company where he worked before,<br \/>\n\u2022 There should be no conflict of interest due to the duties he has undertaken in the group company he has worked for before.<br \/>\nProvided that these conditions are met, a report to be prepared by the manager of the relevant unit must be approved by the ethics committee in order for those who quit the job to do business with KBS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAs KBS, we act with a sense of responsibility in our business activities.
