We welcome you to Kartal Bombe Sanayi, who joined the Metal Heat Processors Association (MISAD) this year. During the visit to the factory building in April in Gebze, Kartal Bombe Factory Manager Halil Kartal was informed about MISAD's recent activities and activities.
Halil Kartal, representing the 4th generation of the Kartal Family at Kartal Bombe, gave information about production activities and quenching investment. Kartal, 50 thousand tons of metal processing capacity, said they are one of the world's few specialty brands.
17 METER HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
Halil Kartal stated that metals perform heat treatment processes called stress relieving, quenching and normalization. We carry out heat treatment of carbon and stainless steels before and after forming. We can also perform water cooling procedures called quenching of stainless steels. We can do the heat treatment of our own production bombs, as well as outsourced our customers manufactured chassis, pressurized tanks and fixtures, such as the production of heat treatment according to demand. We have 4 heat treatment furnaces. Our oven is 17 meters long with a capacity of 100 tons is one of Turkey's biggest bakery.
Halil Kartal underlined that they are an institution that supports all the projects carried out on the development of the heat treatment sector.
